• Your role will include:
• + •Evaluating•each patient's functional abilities and needs, then developing individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team.

• patient progress, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring thorough, timely documentation that reflects quality outcomes. +

• with interdisciplinary partners to ensure seamless transitions of care, safe environments, and exceptional patient experiences. +

• What qualifications you will need:
• + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date + (OT) Occupational Therapist + Bachelors Degree + 1 years experience Required Years of Experience
