Key Qualifications:
Valid OT licensure in Utah (UT Professional License required) Recent or previous experience working with school-age populations strongly preferred Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students Commitment to a flexible, travel-based work model
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services for a single assigned school (21.75 hrs/week; 3 days, 8:30-3:45) Develop and implement individual treatment plans for students Collaborate with educators and families for holistic student support Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school/state guidelines
