Therapist-Owned Practice Flexible Schedule - You Choose Your Availability No Minimum Caseload Requirements Electronic Documentation Platform Direct Deposit Paid Twice Monthly Collaborative Clinical Team Family-Centered Coaching Model Build Your Own Schedule What You'll Do Provide Early Intervention occupational therapy services for children birth to three years old Complete developmental evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions Coach caregivers using evidence-based intervention strategies Support children in developing functional skills through everyday routines and play Complete electronic documentation Travel throughout Chesapeake to homes, daycares, and community settings Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Virginia Occupational Therapy License Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred Early Intervention experience Virginia Early Intervention certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in natural environments Compensation Competitive per-visit compensation, starting at $75 per completed visit Compensation includes travel and documentation Paid via direct deposit twice monthly Schedule PRN Independent Contractor (1099) No minimum caseload requirements.
