Occupational Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for helping individuals of all ages overcome physical and mental challenges to improve their ability to perform daily activities and reach their goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans 2. Implement therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, and mobility 3. Use adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance independence 4. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-care techniques 5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care 6. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy 2. Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds 5. Knowledge of medical conditions and treatment techniques 6.
