2026-2027 Soliant is currently hiring multiple Occupational Therapists for school-based opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work with K-12 students across within a supportive and collaborative educational environment. Position Details- Full-time, contract position
- 2026-2027 school year
- School-based setting
- Autism-focused caseload
- Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students with autism and related disabilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, behavior teams, and families
- Support sensory regulation, fine motor development, self-help skills, classroom participation, and functional independence
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning Qualifications Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state OT license Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of sensory integration strategies
- Experience supporting neurodiverse learners
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
