Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Current license or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Ability to deliver both ESY and compensatory OT services Strong communication and collaborative skills for multidisciplinary teamwork Adaptable and proactive approach to changing student and school needs Commitment to confidential, compassionate, and ethical practice
Core Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on occupational therapy interventions to students as assigned Assess student needs, develop individualized goals, and document progress Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support IEPs Offer assistance for ESY (Extended School Year) programs and compensatory sessions Flexibly cover therapy needs in a PRN (as needed) capacity Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory standards Experience the satisfaction of seeing your impact on students' success while enjoying a dynamic contract-to-hire role with the possibility to grow.
