What We're Looking For:
Licensed Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in Virginia (or willing to obtain VA license) Previous experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred Willingness to serve elementary (Pre-K through 5th) students, including those in general education, special ed, and self-contained autism/adaptive classrooms Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about delivering services in diverse educational settings
What You'll Do:
Provide direct occupational therapy to students according to individualized education plans Assess, document, and track student progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Support students' participation and success across school environments
