Position Overview Are you an Occupational Therapist seeking flexibility, work-life balance, and independence while providing one-on-one, meaningful care? Look no further — you've found the right company! As an OT with Caregivers Home Health, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life. You'll manage your own caseload, deliver care plans, and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes. Virginia Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy care to patients in their homes Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment as needed Supervise and guide paraprofessionals as appropriate Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant Support positive patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Active OT License in the State of Virginia Home Health experience preferred (or strong clinical background) Prior EMR experience (Kinnser preferred) Strong documentation and time management skills
