Occupational Therapist (OT)•Full-Time!
Split Between Northern Neck Senior Care Community & Three Rivers Health & Rehab Center Locations:
Northern Neck Senior Care Community•Warsaw, VA 22572 Three Rivers Health & Rehab Center•West Point, VA 23181 $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time! Northern Neck Senior Care Community and Three Rivers Health & Rehab Center are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team . Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we welcome motivated professionals who are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services to individuals with temporary or long-term physical and functional limitations. Help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and maximize independence. Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical needs. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Complete evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, discharge summaries, and all required documentation in accordance with company policies and state and federal regulations. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric rehabilitation is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
