36 •Traveler must be flexible and willing to float between Shenandoah Memorial Hospital and Page Memorial Hospital Must have Inpatient experience

BLS and •VA License (please include VA License, if they don't have include status of license) •

Occupational Therapist, Acute Experience:

OT-VA Certifications:

BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

AND Occupational Therapist, Outpatient Experience:
