Occupational Therapist

Addison County Home Health and Hospice is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist. At ACHHH you can experience the independence and satisfaction of one-to-one patient care in a supportive professional environment. You will provide occupational therapy to agency patients based on a plan of treatment developed by the therapist and approved by the physician. Efficiently manage a patient caseload. A current Vermont Occupational Therapy license required. Addison County Home Health and Hospice is located in the Champlain Valley, between the amazing Green Mountains and beautiful Lake Champlain.
