Key Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Vermont, or eligibility for Vermont licensure Previous school-based OT experience highly desirable Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments Commitment to excellence in supporting students' educational and functional successResponsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students in multiple schools across the academic year (2026-2027) Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Evaluate, assess, and document student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines Act as a resource on motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development within the educational setting Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision makingTop Benefits:
