Duties Provide services within the child's natural environment which includes home-based or community-based services Assess each child's developmental level of functioning; develop relevant treatment plans; implement routines-based services at home Provide ongoing therapy services in home or community. Collaborate with others to create the best plan of care. Help children with various disabilities increase independence in daily childhood occupations, using play-based activities Utilize sensory-based strategies to promote childhood skill development Requirements Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy 3+ years of experience in this field Valid Washington State license in Occupational Therapy Experience working in early support or a willingness to learn Schedule Weekday afterschool hours (Wednedays) Occasional weekend hours Pay Private pay: range $150-$200 based on experience
