Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and families to achieve patient goals Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and therapy support staff as appropriate Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary meetings Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards Educate patients, families, and caregivers on functional independence and safety strategies Contribute to a positive and patient-centered rehabilitation environment Qualifications Current Washington State Occupational Therapist License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care New graduates encouraged to apply Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required At Mira Vista, we don't just help patients recover—we help them return to the lives they love.
