What You'll Bring:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington state Prior experience with pediatric or school-based OT services preferred Solid understanding of IEPs and goal-setting for students with diverse needs Excellent communication and documentation abilities Adaptability and a collaborative mindset for working with educators, families, and other specialists

Your Day-to-Day:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress, modifying interventions as necessary Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other related service providers Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to treatment planning Provide support, resources, and strategies to help students maximize their participation and independence in educational settings
