Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on a rewarding opportunity providing in-person occupational therapy services for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role offers full-time hours (7.5 per day) supporting students in a collaborative and dynamic educational setting. With four openings available, your expertise in school-based occupational therapy will play a crucial role in helping students reach their fullest potential.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid WA Occupational Therapist license ESA certification Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI Experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings Ability to adapt to varying grade bands based on district needs Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy interventions to students in designated grade bands Collaborate with special education staff, educators, and families to support student learning and independence Conduct student assessments and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support individualized student goals Provide consultative services to school personnel as needed
