Key Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current and active Occupational Therapy license in Washington State Previous experience working in school settings or pediatrics preferred Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Commitment to working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students in accordance with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative OT services to students, supporting their access to curriculum and participation in school activities Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to ensure holistic student support Document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes as required Engage in professional development and maintain compliance with school district and state regulations
