Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity serving students for the 2026-2027 school year in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are seeking four dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide in-person therapy in a dynamic school environment near Poulsbo, WA. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact across grade bands, with assignments tailored to your strengths and the district's needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current Washington ESA certification Active WA OT license Previous experience in a school-based setting highly desired Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to supporting students' individual education plans
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across assigned grade levels Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to promote student success Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students in both academic and functional areas Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation according to state and district requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions Support student transition planning and advocate for their access and inclusion within the educational environment
