Qualifications:

Active Washington State Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure is required At least 2 years of OT experience in schools strongly preferred Must hold an active Medicaid provider number Up-to-date CAQH profile and credentialing with additional insurance providers Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:
