• We are seeking experienced and dedicated
• Occupational Therapists
• to provide high-quality therapy services within a well-resourced suburban school district. The OT will conduct student evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, deliver therapy services, and maintain accurate documentation in alignment with professional and regulatory standards. This assignment includes working with
• moderate to high support needs students
• as well as
• moderate support needs students
• , serving as a leave replacement for the 2026-2027 school year with the possibility of extension.

• + Perform comprehensive student evaluations + Develop and implement individualized plans of care + Provide direct therapy services to support functional, academic, and developmental needs + Document services in accordance with district and regulatory requirements + Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams + Support students with varying levels of need in school-based environments •?

? Minimum Qualifications

• + •Current state licensure•as an Occupational Therapist + •1 year of OT experience preferred•+ Must have •CBT license•+ •School-based or related experience required•+ Must complete •in-house orientation•prior to starting + Must obtain •CPI certification within the first 30 days•+ CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray) + Current health certificate (as required) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be •18+ years old•?
