Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make an immediate impact in the lives of students through your expertise as an Occupational Therapist. This contract opportunity blends the rewarding atmosphere of a school-based setting with the flexibility to leverage your diverse OT experience—including home health, healthcare, and teletherapy backgrounds. Serving students near Snohomish, WA, you'll play a critical role in supporting their academic and daily living success, working alongside dedicated educators, families, and professionals.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington Experience in a school environment, teletherapy, or pediatric setting preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention skills Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs Familiarity with special education procedures and IEP processes is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students in accordance with their IEPs Utilize a range of delivery methods, including in-person and teletherapy, to ensure equitable access for all students Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to eligibility evaluations and plan meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student participation in school routines Maintain accurate records and progress reports Adapt strategies for a variety of school environments and student learning styles Perks of the
