In this vital role, you will assess, design, and implement personalized therapy programs to enhance functional independence and improve quality of life for diverse populations. Whether practicing in hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, or home health settings, you will utilize evidence-based practices to support individuals navigating neurodevelopmental differences, chronic health conditions, or recovery from injury and illness. Your expertise will empower clients to overcome barriers, achieve meaningful daily goals, and improve their overall well-being through tailored interventions Duties Assess medical histories, physical abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living limits. Create customized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to individual patient needs. Guide patients through activities that improve fine motor, cognitive, and mobility skills. Train patients to use assistive devices like splints, wheelchairs, or eating aids. Evaluate home, school, or work settings and suggest adjustments to improve safety. Record accurate patient charts for medical records, billing, and compliance purposes.
Job Qualification :
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington Experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply BLS - CPR, upon hire Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life through expert occupational therapy services!
Pay:
$45.00 - $57.18 per hour
