Days, 5x8 (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Job Summary Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Walla Walla, WA 99362 . The therapist will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients across Acute Care, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehabilitation settings. This role requires a self-motivated clinician who can work independently, adapt to multiple patient populations, and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans. Assess and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Provide functional mobility and ADL training. Treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, surgical, trauma, spinal cord injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and other complex diagnoses. Fabricate and fit functional, static, and Orthoplast splints as needed. Recommend and train patients on prosthetics and orthotics. Document patient care in Epic EMR. Float between Acute Care, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab as needed. Maintain productivity of approximately 8-9 patients per day. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, SLPs, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements Active Washington Occupational Therapist License (required at submission). Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Occupational Therapy experience. Acute Care experience required (hard stop). Inpatient Rehabilitation experience preferred. Epic EMR experience preferred. Strong time management and ability to work independently. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. First-time travelers accepted. Pay:
