2026-2027 Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract position with a school district in Yelm, Washington. We are looking for a dedicated OT to join our team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment. You will be managing a caseload of approximately 50 to 55 students ranging from Pre-K through 5th grade. You will be an integral part of a team, working closely with educators and staff to support student success and early development. Key Responsibilities Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students' needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care tailored to early learners and elementary-aged students. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals. Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 50-55 students in individual and small group settings. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided. Qualifications Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy. Active Washington Occupational Therapy license is required. OSPI Fingerprint Clearance is required (must be fingerprinted through OSPI or willing to complete the process). National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification. Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
