Job Description
Occupational Therapist - Pediatric (Full-Time) Madison, WI $ About the Role We are seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary therapy team serving children and families in Madison and Verona, Wisconsin. This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) with no evenings or weekends . Two openings are available, with placement in Madison, Verona, or a combination of both clinics depending on candidate preference and team needs. There may also be occasional opportunities to support partner private schools. This role is ideal for a therapist who values collaboration, professional growth, and providing high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care within a supportive team environment. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients Support children with developmental, sensory, physical, and functional challenges Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team Communicate and coordinate care with families and caregivers Refer clients to other disciplines when appropriate Share occupational therapy expertise and contribute to team-based learning Participate in collaborative case discussions and treatment planning About the Team We are a therapist- and family-owned pediatric practice with a strong reputation in the community.
