Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Active OT license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working in a school setting preferred Strong communication and organization skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and student success
Responsibilities:
Provide direct OT services to a diverse middle school student population Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams Perform assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring Communicate with parents and staff on student progress and strategies Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with federal and state guidelines
