  • 45/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team.
We are seeking a therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild daily living skills, and achieve meaningful functional progress in a supportive rehab environment.
What You'll Do:
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on self-care skills, cognition, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive techniques Help residents improve safety and independence with everyday activities Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to support resident-centered care Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation Why Join Greenfield at
