As an occupational therapist working in the home health setting across Racine and Kenosha Counties, you'll hone your skills in evaluating and treating adults with a wide range of conditions including post-stroke, post-joint replacement, COPD, CHF, weakness, and deconditioning. This is a wonderful opportunity to diversify your resume, engage in meaningful professional growth, and enjoy flexibility with no weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:45 am - 4:00 pm No weekends, on-call, or holidays
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an OT (SNF, home health, or acute care required; home health preferred) Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Valid and active OT license in Wisconsin BLS certification Reliable vehicle, current driver's license, active auto insurance Proficiency in general OT evaluation and treatment with a focus on ADLs and adaptive equipment Experience with
EPIC EMR
preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive OT evaluations and interventions in patients' homes (average 6 points/day) Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary RN and PT teams Participate in morning telephone huddles to coordinate care Accurately document in EPIC Travel between patient homes throughout
