Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist (O.T.R.)
Location:
Therapies Plus LLC3541 Plover Road, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494
Status:
Hourly (FLSA Non-Exempt) 4 10 hour work days (off Friday-Sunday weekly) Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day At Therapies Plus LLC , we believe in empowering children and families through purposeful, compassionate care. We're looking to grow by adding a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR) who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping pediatric patients reach their fullest potential. What You'll Do As an OTR on our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping patient outcomes through:
Comprehensive Care Delivery:
Conduct initial evaluations, re-assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans within established timelines.
Hands-On Treatment:
Provide engaging, functional, and age-appropriate therapy interventions focused on daily living skills, development, and independence.
Clinical Expertise:
Apply strong clinical reasoning to assess patient needs and adapt care plans as progress evolves.
Collaboration:
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, caregivers, teachers, and families.
Education & Training:
Guide patients, families, and staff with effective strategies and therapeutic techniques.
Leadership:
Supervise COTAs, OTAs, and students, ensuring quality care and professional growth.
Program Development:
Contribute to innovative clinical programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation Excellence:
Maintain accurate, timely records using Fusion Web Clinic and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards with point of service expectations. What Makes You a Great Fit You bring both clinical skill and heart to your work. Ideally, you have: Bachelor's (pre-2007) or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Active state licensure (required) Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid time management and organizational strengths A collaborative mindset and passion for pediatric care Work Environment & Physical Demands Clinical office setting with occasional travel to other sites Frequent standing, walking, and patient transfers (20-250 lbs.) Requires manual dexterity, strong communication, and visual acuity Exposure to typical clinical materials and environments Why Therapies Plus LLC?
