Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Valid and current Occupational Therapist license 1+ year of acute care, hospital, or skilled nursing facility experience preferred Strong clinical skills in therapy assessment and intervention Excellent communication and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities Adaptable, enthusiastic, and ready to thrive in a travel role

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to facilitate patient recovery Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and therapy professionals Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Educate patients, families, and caregivers for successful discharge planning
