Job Description

PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) Polaris Rehabilitation and Care Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team! Our staff has established an excellent standard of care, and we are looking for a dedicated therapist to help us continue delivering exceptional rehabilitation services. In-House Therapy Department Competitive PRN Pay Supportive Interdisciplinary Team Flexible Scheduling Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving function, independence, and quality of life. Ensure all treatments are provided in accordance with the established plan of care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Complete all required documentation in accordance with company policies and state and federal regulations. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapy professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
