Weekdays (8am-5pm)
Compensation:
$65,000, annually Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting industrial athletes in high-demand professions such as firefighting and law enforcement. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive, job-specific evaluations and designing individualized care and rehabilitation plans that address the unique physical requirements, occupational hazards, and performance standards of these professions.

Company-matching 401(k) retirement plans as well as life and disability protection Responsibilities Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.) Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED 3 Years of OP experience Preferred Qualifications CPR certification First aid certification Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center Additional Data Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
