Full-Time Position Description As a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PSRS) , you'll provide direct support to individuals experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms. In this role, you'll help individuals build independent living and social skills, participate in meaningful activities, and work toward recovery goals. You'll also support daily operations, assist in crisis intervention, and ensure all services meet regulatory and accreditation standards. What You'll Do Support and supervise individuals served in daily programming, activities, and living units. Teach, model, and reinforce social, coping, and independent living skills. Facilitate educational and skill-building groups. Use de-escalation techniques to prevent crisis situations and assist in interventions when needed. Monitor treatment environments for safety and take appropriate action to protect individuals served. Document services accurately and in compliance with requirements. What We're Looking For Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral sciences, or related field (preferred — and may substitute for 2 years' work experience) Experience Two (2) years of experience in a mental health program serving individuals with severe and persistent mental health conditions (required unless substituted by degree) Licenses/Certifications Valid driver's license (preferred) CPI Certification or interest in Crisis Intervention Training (preferred; provided onsite within 90 days) Why Join Us At our site, you'll be part of a team that truly believes in the power of recovery and resilience.
