We believe the most effective way to deliver compassionate, high-quality care is by: Maintaining the highest standards of medical integrity Fostering a strong, collaborative team environment Creating a welcoming, comfortable, and supportive setting for our residents and their families We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our interdisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Assist residents with therapeutic activities and exercises to improve functional independence Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment to support daily living Document treatment sessions accurately and track resident progress Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, resident-centered care
Requirements:
Current Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification Valid California state licensure as a COTA Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Compensation & Benefits:
$36
