Lymphedema Therapist OT/COTA

Occupational Therapist & Occupational Therapy Assistants Lymphedema Therapy — Bradenton, FL Position Overview We have an immediate opening for a Lymphedema Therapist in the Bradenton area. This role includes treating patients in their homes. We are looking for a clinician who is committed, compassionate, and focused on delivering the highest level of care through Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). Don't have your Lymphedema Certification yet? We will pay for your lymphedema course in exchange for a 2-year work agreement. Responsibilities Evaluate patient abilities and functional limitations Develop individualized, patient-centered Plans of Care, including treatment frequency and duration Implement treatment plans using appropriate lymphedema modalities Measure for garments and provide compression education Document patient progress and update goals Provide caregiver and family education Assist in safe and appropriate discharge planning Track data, maintain documentation, and ensure timely follow-up Required Qualifications Valid Florida license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) or willingness to complete certification with our paid-course agreement Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Strong clinical reasoning and updated knowledge of lymphedema treatment Experience with garment measurement and compression options Excellent communication skills and professional behavior Ability to work independently and manage diverse patient personalities Professional Liability Insurance Benefits & Highlights Paid lymphedema certification course (2-year work agreement required) Therapist-owned, patient-centered culture Reasonable productivity expectations to prioritize quality care Supportive team and strong clinical collaboration Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients with chronic and complex conditions Equal Opportunity Employer Functional Transformation Mobile Rehab is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws and ordinances.
