Full Job Description Position Description:
Do you want a career where you can empower others on their journey toward recovery? We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Rehabilitation Specialist II to join our team. In this role, you'll facilitate group activities and psychoeducational sessions that support individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide meaningful support, and help individuals achieve the goals outlined in their treatment plans.
