$70 per 4 unit visit
PT/OT:
$120 per 4 unit visit Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)! In this vital role, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. Whether you're providing hands-on therapy, developing personalized treatment plans, or collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, your expertise will make a meaningful difference every day. Duties Assess patients' physical and functional abilities to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs. Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, adaptive equipment training, and activities to promote mobility and independence. Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and their families on exercises, safety techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans. Document all patient interactions thoroughly in compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment while adhering to infection control protocols. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a PT, OT, PTA, or COTA in accordance with state or national requirements. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and current best practices in physical and occupational therapy. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members. Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and motivation when working with diverse patient populations. Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods while maintaining focus on patient safety. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
