Our offerings include clinical, human resources, patient reimbursement, nutritional, and quality assurance services, dedicated to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), Physical Therapists (PT), and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. These roles are vital in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and skilled nursing environments. The ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in physiotherapy principles, patient care, and specialized skills such as trigger point therapy and discharge planning. Duties Implement individualized care plans for patients across diverse settings including inpatient facilities, outpatient clinics, and home health environments. Conduct therapeutic interventions focusing on mobility, pain management, and functional recovery using techniques such as trigger point therapy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and modify treatment strategies based on patient progress and physiological assessments. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical notes utilizing medical terminology and anatomy knowledge. Assist in discharge planning by preparing patients for transition to home or other care settings while ensuring continuity of care. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, safety measures, and physiotherapy techniques tailored to specific needs such as orthopedics or geriatrics. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards within all clinical environments. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in physiotherapy practices and specialized areas like pediatrics or skilled nursing facility care. Experience OT, COTA, PT or PTA in good standing in Georgia Proven experience working in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility settings with a focus on physiotherapy or occupational therapy. Demonstrated expertise in handling diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and those requiring acute care or rehabilitation services. Familiarity with physiotherapy modalities such as trigger point therapy and a solid understanding of physiology and anatomy. Experience with discharge planning processes and home health services is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to rehabilitation therapies is essential for accurate documentation and communication. Prior clinic experience in orthopedics or geriatrics will enhance your ability to deliver targeted care plans effectively.
