Now Hiring:
Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist (CBRS) / Case Manager Join the Scott Community Care (SCC) Team! We have an exciting opportunity for a Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist (CBRS) / Case Manager to join our team! This position will begin by providing community-based behavioral health services to adults, adolescents, and/or children. In the fall, the position will transition to primarily working in a school setting , providing one-on-one behavioral support to children with behavioral and emotional challenges. If you enjoy working with people, making a difference in your community, and helping children and families succeed, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Provide skill-building and behavioral support services in community settings. Develop positive, professional relationships with clients, families, schools, and community partners. Assist clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, social skills, communication skills, and independent living skills. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Work independently while effectively managing a diverse caseload. In the fall, transition to providing school-based behavioral support services for children. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field required. Dependable, organized, and self-motivated. Ability to work with individuals who have a wide variety of behavioral health needs. Positive attitude, patience, creativity, and a good sense of humor. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
