Summary:

Labette Health is seeking a Rehab Aide to support our Outpatient Therapy team in providing outstanding patient care. This position plays an important role in helping maintain therapy flow, assisting therapists with non-clinical tasks, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring patients have a positive experience throughout their rehabilitation journey. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy or occupational therapy, or who enjoys working directly with patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment between patient visits Assist therapists with patient flow and non-clinical support tasks Help transport or escort patients as needed Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of rehab areas Support scheduling, clerical, and front desk activities as needed Assist with monitoring exercise activities under therapist direction Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families Help create a positive, encouraging therapy environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment Interest in healthcare or rehabilitation preferred Previous healthcare, fitness, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Why Join Labette Health?
