In this role, you will support licensed therapists by assisting with patient care, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and helping with clerical tasks that keep the department running smoothly. Essential Job Functions:

1. Support Patient Care & Teamwork Assist licensed therapists in multiple rehab settings with routine patient care activities. Provide safe and timely patient transportation to and from therapy sessions. 2. Maintain a Safe & Organized Environment Provide hands-on assistance to therapists during patient treatments as directed. Monitor supply levels, notify staff of needs, and restock supplies appropriately. Clean, sanitize, and properly store therapy equipment according to guidelines. 3. Clerical & Administrative Support Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally. Schedule patient treatments when assigned. Assist with charting, filing, copying, faxing, and discharging tasks as needed. 4. Other Duties as Assigned Complete special projects or assignments by designated deadlines.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred; education in a related field may be substituted for experience. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
