Non-exempt Join our dedicated team at Cape Cod Orthopaedics, where we specialize in providing exceptional orthopedic and sports medicine care to our patients. We're seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support our team of eight skilled physical and occupational therapists in delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. About the Role As a Rehabilitation Aide, you'll play an essential role in supporting both our clinicians and patients. You'll help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment - ensuring each patient's visit runs smoothly from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone pursuing a future career in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or another healthcare field. Responsibilities Assist therapists during patient sessions as needed Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and exercise equipment Escort patients to and from therapy areas Restock supplies and help maintain overall clinic organization Provide clerical or administrative support to the clinical team Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Why Join Us?
