Building Blocks Healthcare Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting and strengthening our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) by facilitating services that promote wellness, recovery, and independence for our clients. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans Providing direct supervision to PRP counselors Managing authorization requests and renewals Conducting staff trainings and professional development workshops Leading team meetings to ensure client progress and staff alignment Supporting the overall growth and compliance of the PRP program Ensuring all services meet state regulations and CARF standards
Qualifications:
Must hold current certification from the Certification Commission for Psychiatric Rehabilitation (CPRP and or CFRP) Minimum of 2 years of professional experience post-licensure Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting Commitment to mental health recovery principles and person-centered care
