Baltimore, MD Job Details Part-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Electronic health records (EHR) management LMSW Patient management software Clinical documentation Rehabilitation and recovery (patient care) Full Job Description Rehabilitation Specialist - LMSW, License required. This part-time position plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises the delivery of quality PRP services within the Clinic. The Rehabilitation Specialist will have a minimum of 1-year working experience with the Adult and Youth. The candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact well with clients, staff, and community providers. In addition, the candidate must have proficient written documentation skills and familiar with navigating an electronic health record. The candidate will also participate in team meetings and provide clinical feedback. This position requires the candidate to be licensed in Maryland as either an LMSW and maintaining good standing with the Board of Social Work is required.
