Requirements:
Applicant is either a:
- CPRP-Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner,
- Certified by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification;
- A Licensed Mental Health Professional in the
State of Maryland Board Approved:
LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LGADC, LCADC, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist; This is a State of Maryland requirement. Do NOT submit an application if you do not have one of the above licenses or certifications.
Job Summary:
- The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program is under the direct supervision of the Rehabilitation Specialist;
- Responsible for developing the documentation and maintenance of person served records including conducting assessments and developing the Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP) following the timeframe set forth in COMAR;
- Oversees the clinical side of the program to facilitate an individual's recovery;
- Developing and assuring that rehabilitation services meet the needs of the individuals served by the program;
- Meet with CEO and COO weekly to present updates, discuss staff concerns, program concerns, and regulatory concerns;
- Conduct intakes with new clients and process paperwork to onboard new individuals into the program;
- Participate in monthly supervision meetings with Psychiatric Rehabilitation Coordinators;
- Provide direct care services as needed to support those served and the agency;
