Month Assignment We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 3-4 months . In this role, you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality therapeutic care that helps patients achieve greater independence and improve daily functioning. Position Details Temporary assignment (3-4 months), could become permanent 16-20 hours per week 4 days per week Flexible scheduling options available- option to take only 1 or up to all 4 days Competitive pay Supportive team environment Start date: immediately Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist Provide therapeutic interventions and document patient progress Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with all facility and state regulations Qualifications and Requirements Current COTA/L license in Maryland Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Excellent communication skills for successful communication with families and colleagues Excellent organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required If you are looking for a flexible temporary opportunity with a great team, we would love to hear from you!
