Job Description

Therapy - COTA Job TitleCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)LocationSalisbury, MDSchedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks), Days, OnsiteKey Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
  • Document patient progress, treatment notes, and updates to care plans in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes and continuity of care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs Required Qualifications
  • Active COTA certification through NBCOT
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in Maryland
  • Experience delivering occupational therapy assistant services in a clinical setting
  • Ability to begin assignment no later than June 20th Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy role
