1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with lymphedema, manual therapy, and hand therapy experience for a day shift outpatient position in Michigan. Details Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation clinic setting Patient diagnoses include lymphedema, cognitive evaluation/treatment, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions Adult patient population required; adolescent experience preferred Daily patient load of 10-11 patients Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) No call, no weekend requirements Floating may be required to cover other sites during low patient census Epic EMR system utilized Requirements Active Michigan COTA state license required if applicable Current BLS certification (AHA) required Minimum 1 year of experience as a COTA required Prior travel experience required Experience with lymphedema treatment required Manual therapy experience required Hand therapy experience required Epic EMR experience required Additional Information Provide occupational therapy services across a range of outpatient diagnoses including lymphedema, cognitive evaluations, and musculoskeletal and neurological conditions 13-week contract
