Job Description

AH01 Duties Provide occupational therapy services with a 60/40 Hospital/Outpatient split. Outpatient duties include hands/upper extremity rehabilitation. Hospital duties involve general rehab for adults of all ages.
Work schedule:
5x8 hour days, shift times 0800-1630. Ensure safety and injury prevention, perform lifting and transfers. Conduct assessments, evaluations, and discharge planning. Develop and implement plans of care and perform reassessments.
Skills Acute Care Adult Outpatient Traumatic Brain Injury Lower Extremity Rehabilitation Multiple Sclerosis Management Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Dementia/Alzheimer's Care Biofeedback Lymphedema Management Myofascial Release TENS Wheelchair Evaluation & Positioning Orthopedics:
Hip Fracture, Total Hip Replacement, Knee Injuries, Total Knee Replacement Experience MN OT License required Epic experience required BLS certification required Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field Previous charge experience required Traveler's primary residence must be at least 25 miles away from the facility
