Job Description

Position Title:
Rehabilitation Aide - Full Time (FT)
Department:
Rehabilitation Reports to: Director, Rehabilitation Launch Your Career in Physical or Occupational Therapy Are you considering a future career in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nursing, or another healthcare field ? This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly alongside rehabilitation professionals while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. As a Rehabilitation Aide , you'll be an important part of the therapy team, supporting patient care, assisting therapists during treatment sessions, and helping individuals regain strength, mobility, function, and independence. You'll gain valuable exposure to rehabilitation services in both outpatient and long-term care settings while building skills that can help prepare you for future healthcare education and career opportunities.

Great Schedule Monday-Thursday:
9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday:

What You Will Do:
Assist therapists with treatment preparation, setup, and cleanup. Support patient care activities and treatment sessions under therapist direction. Assist with restorative care and transportation of residents within the long-term care setting. Prepare and maintain treatment spaces to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Change linens and sanitize treatment areas between patient visits.
Perform front office responsibilities including:
Answering phones Scheduling appointments Entering patient charges Providing administrative support Assist with therapy department closing duties and other tasks that support daily operations.
What We're Looking For:
